Jose was wonderful. Our Kitchenaid built-​in combo microwave/​oven needed (we thought) work on the microwave. We had called a smaller mom and pop company first. They ran diagnostics and said it needed a specific part that had to be ordered. It would be in on Fri around noon. They called Friday at 10:00 and said it would not arrive until Sunday. Made appt for Monday at 10:00. They called Monday at 8:00 AM and they could not make it that day. I cancelled them altogether and called Mr Appliance and made appt for today (Tuesday). After turning the breaker back on (we had turned it off for the previous guy) the microwave worked. Jose had to put the microwave back together, etc. He was so knowledgeable. He knew at once it was not the part that had been «diagnosed». He was going to run his own diagnosis after he put it back together but didn’t have to. I will definitely call Me Appliance for all my Appliance repairs.

I really recommend this company to anyone with any appliance issues. The technician was so helpful and knowledgeable. The office staff whom answered my questions took extra time. This company’s employees all around went above and beyond to assist in my needs. It is always nerve wracking to have broken appliances. the first thing that comes to mind is $$$$$. This technician was thorough but did not waste time nor money.

Absolutely terrible. Called them to repair my Samsung freezer. They misdiagnosed the issue, charged me $ 80 and wasted a week of my time. 3 visits later they said they couldn’t fix it and referred me to their competitor. Just horrible. Do not rely on Mr. Appliance

Very professional, sent appointment confirmation email with picture of technician that would be coming to our home, arrived on time and completed the repair at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
