Rented small unit in climate controlled section. Staff explained rules and lease. Like the auto pay. Unit is accessible 24⁄7. Only issue, and minor, is that one of the two automatic doors is broken and doesn’t open. Facility is very clean.

Great service, they people are very understanding and they work with you. I was in a tough situation between my move in date in my apartment and the end of the 7 day prorate period and i spoke to a gentleman who was very kind, understanding, and helpful. He saved me over a hundred dollars and I’m very thankful!
My only complaint is that their too pricey, i’d like to say i’d use them again because i liked the service but considering the price i might just pick a less expensive storage unit.

Easy to rent online. Onsite professional is knowledgable and helpful. Storage units clean and safe. This is just what I needed, close to my home, and always accessible. No tricky contracts.
