Hit or miss on both the food and service, I work nearby so I am forced to visit this location. In the last two years I can sadly say I have visited this location over 100 times for breakfast or lunch, they typically can get your order ready fast but it might come out wrong, not fresh or with a side of attitude. The do have several employees that are great but it takes more than one or two shinning stars to offer what most other Casper owned locations typically offer. I hope they change but I wont hold my breath.

Horrible service! Went just for milk shakes & had to wait over 20 minutes for 3 small shakes.
When I asked the guy why did it take so long he said that the girl who normally does them couldn’t do it so we had to wait. How hard can it be to pour shakes!
We asked for 2 chocolate and 1 strawberry and got 1 chocolate, 1 vanilla and 1 strawberry.

I went there to get a quick bite to eat and was given two sandwiches that must have been sitting for an hour. Very dry. Terrible. When I complained about it they made some fresh hamburger patties for me. My question is if they knew that food was old in the first place why serve it. Just goes to show you that they don’t care about their customers too much.

Truly the most insane place I have ever been to eat. Huge line while four employees sit a a table taking a break. People coming in from the drive in with wrong orders. Had to scream to get someone on the counter since they were all trying to get some kind of mix into a machine. the absolute worst (almost funny it was so bad). And yes my order was wrong. I had my first job at a Casper’s McDonald’s but I never saw anything so messed up as this joint.
