McDonald’s

This location needs work. Went thru last night for convenience’s sake and there was more crew outside than inside. Guy at the window was pleasant tho, no problems there. I ordered an artisan chicken sandwich meal. They were out of unsweet tea (again) so i got a diet soda. That’s fine too. But after the salad expiration sticker thing in my last review… i just prefer to give second chances. Sadly, it didn’t go so well this time either. I was given a fish patty inside of a Big Mac box. So imagine my first surprise was seeing hamburger box then opening it to see a big fish while expecting a chicken sandwich. I wouldn’t ordinarily do this but since they are right down the road from me I drove back through the drive thru told him about the mistake and they kindly fixed it. When I got home I realized that yes I had a chicken sandwich but it was just a piece of chicken with a very small lettuce leaf on top and two buns. Maybe I missed it, but I kind of expected some kind of condiment or tomatoes or something. Anyway I’m just not sure what to do with this location because as it is right now we need the convenience because we haven’t moved fully into our new home yet down the road. In their defense they did try to fix the problem with the salad expiration sticker by offering a free meal but I just can’t in good faith go back to this location.

I usually drive through here for breakfast between 7:30 and 8:00 AM and they are usually pretty spot on with the whole experience: food, friendliness, and speed.
