Without a doubt, this is the worst software platform ever designed. The interfaces are archaic, complicated and buggy. It is an HR manager’s nightmare. We got roped into a multi-year contract. Nothing, no business service ever, could be worse than Mangrove. The symbol of twisted and gnarly roots in a swamp is perfect. Use this product and you will think that you are drowning slowly with no hope of escape.

If I could rate this company a ZERO or even negative I would. This is the worst designed and implemented software I’ve seen in 15 years of working in technology. The software looks like it’s running on a Windows 95 computer in somebody’s closet somewhere. The website constantly freezes or kicks you out. The web-design, UI and UX are absolutely ridiculously awful. There are so many better options available for companies, I can’t imagine why anyone would even consider this as a solution. Run fast away from this company and don’t look back. They will be gone in another year or two.

The absolute worst!!! I can’t even believe what they have put me through to reimburse me my child care expenses. I have been trying to get reimbursed expenses for 6 months. They were all approved 6 months ago and still no check. I have called numerous times… each time I’m told that their computers are down. And now… no one knows why they have not given me my money back. If you can, stay far away from this place.

If I could rate this company with a zero, I would. What a joke of incompetency. I use them for Cobra which was a joke to sort out with the company rep. The disclaimer on the bottom of her email, and the way she treated me were vastly different. Tina Sample was the initial Account Rep that I communicated with starting 6⁄28. She was useless. She is now no longer there so I get to deal with more useless versions of her. Since 6⁄28 and going back and forth with useless Tina, I now have been trying to change my name with them. It’s like walking through a ring if fire in hell with no end. I’ve sent emails and have not heard anything from anyone, shocking! Left voice mails on the customer service line because they are so busy, they can’t answer the phone. Then I kept hitting zero, got connected to some kid named Chris numerous times who said he didn’t have phone numbers to people at corporate I needed. Really? How is this company so disconnected and uninformed? He did however, connect me to corporate operator or something, guess what? She too was too busy to answer phone and then her voicemail was full. What a shitty business plan. My 5 year old niece could do better. Have I changed my name yet? Nope. This should be fun when bills are submitted with my new name. My name is legally changed people! I saved phone records for when i am sure this mess will ome back and bite me. Did I mention that they denied some bills from my doc when they should have held them pending Cobra processing? Have my doc bills been paid… I’ll let you all guess. Run victims run. This company and it’s service is beyond terrible.

If you’re an employer, do not consider this company as a provider. If you are an employee and your employer uses or is considering this outfit, beg them not to be so mean to you. It is March 1, 2012. My wife’s employer has a FlexPay program with Mangrove that began on January 1, 2012. We have no cards, no account numbers, no nothing. They keep telling us the FlexPay account card is in the mail. Then they say it will be mailed that day or that week. then they claim we were sent the card. Then they claim they were given the wrong address, which is a virtual impossibility. Without a card, we have to pay the medical bills directly and then wait a month or more or them to reimburse us. They’e obviously incompetent or involved in some kind of scam. I’m filing complaints withe the Illinois and Florida insurance departments and Attorney Generals. Perhaps they can get to the bottom of this. I would strongly suggest that employers stay away from this outfit and that employees complain to their employers before they get stuck paying medical bills out of pocket.
