If I could them no stars I would. We needed 36 lights and were completely ignored for over 10 minutes and walked right by two employees. Guess they don’t need my $ 4k

I ordered a bath vanity light from LBU. A week goes by without a tracking number for the delivery so I called them. They reassured me that the order was placed with the Canadian manufacturer, DVI, and that tracking info would be sent. I emailed them a few days later without any response. Two weeks later I call them and they say that the order was never placed! Unbelievable. Do not order anything from these morons. I had to monitor my credit card to make sure they refund the money without having to call them again…
