I can’t say enough about this amazing place.
Fantastic & friendly, the entire staff is brilliantly outfitted at Lecada. It’s like hanging out with friends. Dana has been a godsend to me. Very patient with all of my questions… I was looking for non surgical solutions for my nose, which has become bumpy (eek!) and more defined as I have aged. I broke my nose when I was about 18 and never had it corrected cosmetically.
My journey with Lecada began in the Fall of 2013. I’m thrilled with the results. THRILLED. I will continue to refer Lecada, as they have provided a praise worthy service to a grateful client.

As much as it pains me to admit, I don’t have very good skin. I knew that in preparing for my wedding, I should get some spa services, specifically microdermabrasion. At the recommendation of a friend, I went to Lecada for some treatment. Weeks later, I’m still reeling from the positive change to my face. My skin is smoother to the touch, more even, brighter and refreshed.
Lecada’s interior is serene, beautiful, and welcoming. All of the staff members that I encountered were so friendly and I loved the «home» feel of the place. Dana, the owner, is enthusiastic and an overall beautiful person that you easily warm to from the first exchange of hello. I worked specifically with Luz and, never having had so much as a facial before, Luz made me feel completely comfortable about the microdermabrasion and all it would entail. (I’m pretty much scared of everything so I had many questions!)
Lecada uses diamond microdermabrasion and I loved the feeling! It was easy and pain-​free. The entire treatment also came with many soothing bonuses that made me feel so incredibly relaxed and wonderful, including a face mask.
Lecada offers really anything you could think of and I encourage everyone to check out their website and visit them for the best facial/​body/​etc treatments you can get!

I got a deal from Groupon for microdermabrasion & facial. When I was driving to there for my 4pm appointment, I got lost in the area and called for direction. However, the receptionist said she couldn’t help me then asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment because the enthusiast will be off at 5 pm. It’s not quite good customer service for me! After I arrived there, it was already 4:10. My enthusiast tried to rush my session apparently. I have done microdermabrasion many times, but it was the only time I felt so painful! She rushed everything and finished my all sessions within 35 minutes. When I walked out to the receptionist, she was disappeared already!
I know it was my fault to be late but I just didn’t have a good experience with the customer service at all.

Dr. Cross is outstanding and very friendly. Staff is great too. Came in with a Groupon and have returned for follow-​ups at no cost. Very professional!

Dawn Webb is more than an asset to Lecada, she is the reason I continue to visit. I have always had a great experience with any and all treatments. They offer most anything and will take the time to sit and explain everything to you.
She extended her information for any questions or concerns that I had. Thankfully I never had to contact her but the reassurance if I needed it, was there.

I got the best microdermabrasion at this med spa and their products were great too. I liked how the facialist gave me samples. I plan on being a regular here.
