Today’s economy demands excellence in the area of customer service and for that reason I would like to thank you, your company and especially Mr. Morris Pryor for the excellent service I recently received. My wife and I approached your organization about 2 years ago regarding an engine replacement and you provided us with an accurate estimate of the repairs as well as a timeline. The entire staff was extremely professional and took the time to listen to our concerns. We have been extremely satisfied with the repairs and it not only solved our immediate problem but it also continues to be the vehicle we rely on the most in our family. The attention to detail and the great service you provided made us feel that you cared about our business but more importantly you cared about developing a long-term relationship with us. Now a couple of years later we found ourselves in need of a transmission for one of our other cars, the family BMW. We first went to the BMW dealership and they were not very helpful in providing an appropriate solution for us. We decided to reach out to your organization again and this time I met with Mr. Pryor who was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He not only told me that he would be able to provide me with a quick resolution but he exceeded our expectations. He was in contact with me and he provided daily updates as well. Now without asking, he also looked for alternative solutions that could possible reduce the cost of repairs. Behavior like this is not typical of a retail merchants but greatly appreciated. We deal in a global environment that challenges all of us in every aspect of life and business. So it would be expected that either quality or customer service will be scarified in order to remain competitive. However, you have proven to me that I don’t have to be a big wholesaler or business entity or have connections in order to receive great customer service and service that you stand behind. Mr. Morris Pryor provided me with a price for the repairs and a date of completion which he honored. Now, if that wasn’t enough when I went to pick up my vehicle it was on a Friday afternoon and I was stuck in traffic which delayed my arrival. Mr. Pryor stayed an extra 2 hours after the facility closed waiting for me. He never complained and on the contrary he was courteous the entire time. Your organization has been around since 1925 and I can see why you offer great prices, quality service, professional staff and you surpass the competition in every way. Thank you again for the great staff, service, and quality products for which you have shown that when put all that together makes for a great experience.
