Kay Jewelers

Do not use Kay Jewelers in Tampa, FL, University Mall. they will promise you anything to get your business, then when it is time to deliver you get various excuses. I have been told many different stories/​lies to get my rings back. I was in Tampa on vacation and stopped in the store to have my ring resized, then sent to me in southern California, where i live, to pick up at Kay Jewwlers; they promised to have the rings ready for pick up within two weeks at the california store; they did the resize then called me to pick up in tampa Florida. I explain to them over 3 different times, plus it is written on my receipt that I live in California; plus the store for pick up is on the receipt; its not rocket science, they agreed to it, and now they are totally confused. The customer service is terrible and they will lie to you, make empty promises, and do nothing to make sure the customer is satisfied after they have your money. I have spent countless hours trying to get accurate information from these people. maybe someone in the company can read their own receipt.
