Subs are ok. Place was clean, staff was friendly and the bread was good. I had the Jersey Shore favorite made Mikes way. I would probably choose Jimmy Johns over Mikes, but it is certainly a good place to get a quick sub.

I had a great sandwich shop that closed awhile back and the italian was to die for!!! Jersey Mikes has the closest sandwich that compares to it. I always asked for spicy mustard on it and it makes a huge difference in an italian sandwich. When i go to jersey mikes the staff is always friendly and giving me tips on sandwiches and I love the fact that these sandwiches are cut to order and the bread is always fresh. They open at 10am and sometimes I find my self getting there right when they open just for the freshest bread available. This is by far my favorite sandwich shop around town and I’m sure will be a long life customer.

When the shop owners are working I highly recommend going elsewhere, brief description: man in his mid 40’s– early 50’s, graying hair and fit. Woman: 40’s, chubby, blonde and short. They suck! He doesn’t seem to know the difference between light and heavy. Even while you’re telling him, while he’s making your sandwich in front of your face, that’s too many onions! Please, that’s enough. And, I like a lot of pickles, and you ask three times for more. 4 tiny pickle slices is not more! The slicer is disgusting when they’re working and the entire place is uninviting. When the«girls» are working my sandwich is made perfectly every time! They know my order when they see me walk in! I love that! UPDATE: It’s obvious that the male owner(Jim) reads his Unilocal!Reviews and cares about them! We went to Jersey Mikes on Wednesday and he was the only one working. He remembered my order, remembered the«extra, extra pickles» and he was very polite. So, while my first experience with him was not a pleasant one, he definitely made up for it with the second one. Did he make it obvious that he read my review, yes. You could feel it in the air. Did he make an effort to make me a happy, returning customer? Definitely!

I know it is a chain, but their roast beef is outstanding especially with the pepper relish. My favorite sub shop! I wish I could buy the relish separately. My wife love the chicken Philly with extra Chipotle mayo!

I’ve stopped in here a number of times over the past year, probably 5 – 6 times. Each time has been roughly the same quality. Atmosphere: stuck in a mini mall area, nothing classy Service: great. very attentive to make sure that they got the order correct. Food: Half the times, I ordered a regular sub. Half the time, their sub in a tub(low carb). Mostly the Original Italian. I’ve been very satisfied each time. Their«mike’s way» is to my tastes with the wine vinegar and seasonings. Big Plus: I’m a pepsi person and they serve pepsi. Price: in the middle of the pack. Not cheap but not overly expensive. 2 people can get by in the mid to upper teens. I’ve had worst and that cost was above 20. Haven’t had their Philly or any of the hot subs. I stick mainly with the Italian style subs here. For them, they have the right amount of seasonings. Their«Pickle Barrel» is good as well.

3.5… Friendly staff. Regular sub is about a foot long. Can get hot or cold sandwiches The best part is the deli meat is sliced right onto your sub after you order. Fresh. Friend I went with raved about the roast beef. My philly was good. Cookies were rocks though

There really was, a long time ago, a Mike’s Sub off the Jersey Turnpike. Unfortunately, this franchise recollects the name but not the quality. Atmosphere 70(Its a storefront franchise) Service 75(Its all behind the counter) Food 65(When will someone figure out its all about the bread) Value 70(Just not there) Skip it. There has to be better choices for Philly Cheese steak. A better bet is to stay home and make your own with Steakum’s and Publix french bread.

I’ve been curious to try Jersey Mike’s for some time. I don’t ever get to try the one next to Mr. Dunderbak’s because if I’m there, I’m there for Mr. Dunderbak’s. While getting a new license from the AAA just south of the plaza, I decided to stop in. Limited menu of cold and hot subs. Decided to go with the Giant Philly. Its not bad, I enjoy Philly Phlava’s better, but they weren’t kidding with the GIANT part. But if you want a good sub, you could probably find an independent place for cheaper and better. The service was excellent, though. My sandwich was made fast.
