Really want to try the food, but the pub environment is not all that welcoming, nor are the live-​aboard sail boat regulars from the end of the island. Had a few drinks in this place and that is pushing it. They are missing out on a huge DI crowd with families by just trying to be another hole in the wall spot.

Outstanding menu! Food is excellent! Great beer selection, lots of local brews. This is a great place to have lunch or dinner or just have a few beers and watch the games. Plus free Beer shots for all Florida team scores!

Service was good and they have a good beer selection, but the food is still lacking some flavor. Went there when they first opened and had the Cuban sandwich which was alright, but not the best. Decided to try the beef empanada today. I would not recommend it. It was really oily and not hot. The picadillo filling tasted like it was not seasoned. The one bite of flavor that I had was when I bit into an olive. It said on the menu it comes with a side salad which was tiny. My fiancé got a bacon cheeseburger burger, which he enjoyed. He really liked their habanero mayo. I’d say stick to the beer at this place.

Spent the evening hanging out here and what a blast. The beer was flowing and atmosphere was excellent. The wings with TKO sauce is the best … Outstanding !!! I will be returning anytime I’m in the Tampa area. Great pub !!!

Stopped into try the new place. Split a turkey melt. Super sandwich. They could spiff up décor, but a nice addition to the island. Great beer selection.

If you have not been to this place yet, give it a try… It may be a «pub,» but the food is great. You can tell they paid attention to little details. For example, the hamburgers are handmade and fresh, they make their own sauces and slaw. We have eaten there close to a dozen times and always enjoyed it, and the specials usually are the best. The owners are there most nights, very friendly and nobody seems to mind when young children are there.
