I’ve been going to Innovision for 7 or more years. Started at S. Tampa office & when it closed started visiting the Bearss Ave office. Dr. Stanley is outstanding. I first saw her at S. Tampa & now Bearss. Very personable & explained each step of exam. Two years ago, because of family history of glaucoma & cataracts she referred me to a specialist. I’ve always received great customer service, always received my glasses before I expected them. I have been wearing glasses for 53years(I’m 63) so I particular about who I trust with this task. I Love Innovision!!! Peace

I gave up on Innovision after I had a bad experience at the Palm Harbor location, but I decided to give this location a try because they carry a brand that I like. I should have stayed away. I went in on a Saturday in Mid July, I even gave a great tip about the service I received… that was obviously to get my money. I like glasses that are hardly there. I like them to be very light and frameless around the lenses. I ordered a pricey titanium frame. My prescription was from my eye exam at St. Lucy’s back in December. I haven’t been to an Innovision in about 5 years. The glasses were supposed to come in within 5 – 7 business days. How about I never got a phone call. I called after 10 business days and they said the glasses were in… what a coincidence they were in when I made a phone call. I went that same day to pick up my glasses and the lenses looked like 2 ice cubes on sticks! I asked why the heck the glasses were so thick and they said it was my prescription. I’ve had the same lens prescription for around 4 years. I have 2 other frames(same brand) where the lenses were nowhere near as thick. They all told me my prescription had changed. However, I didn’t get my prescription from Innovision, so the techs were BSing me because they already made their money off me. They were looking at old records. I took a picture and sent it to my husband waiting in the car and he came in laughing at how thick my glasses were. Then the tech said it that I asked for a more expensive coating and that if they send it back I would have to get a cheaper coating to make the lenses thinner. So, I said okay, do that. Now how much less will my lenses be? No change in price. Really? So some other lady comes up and says«oh we can just send it back and ask for them to make it thinner and since they already have the cut it should only take a few days to come back. It took 3 weeks this time. I got a phone call on my way home from a 2 week trip that I hoped to wear my new glasses on. So, I go back in. The lenses looked like slightly smaller ice cubes. Still much thicker than my other glasses of the same prescription and same brand of frames. The guy who originally helped me stated that it was because my prescription had changed. Again, Innovision didn’t do my eye exam. St. Lucy’s did. I will do all my optical business at St. Lucy’s, who has fantastic service, going forward. Avoid Innovision at all costs.

Great experience! Dr. Stanley was extremely professional and courteous, and her staff was very personable. The staff worked to get me the best price on my contacts, which were available for pick-up two days later — or they’ll mail them to you for $ 6. Leaving this place at rush hour can be a bit of a trick.

This is the only eye doctor that I have visited in the Tampa Bay area and I have always had very professional experiences. When I first moved here, a friend recommended Innovision to me. When I called to make an appointment I was scheduled for an appointment in the near future. Since then I have never had trouble getting in for an appointment. The staff there is wonderful. Dr. Jennifer Stanley does a good screening and I have always been happy with my prescriptions. I also appreciate the staff helping me with my glasses choices as I sometimes have purchase regret. I would highly recommend Innovision to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.
