I have always been happy with my food a this location for years. I always order the deep dish pizza. What makes it good is the caramelized crust from this type of pizza. The last couple times I ordered I, have been disappointed. Last time I explained I wanted my square deep dish to be square, not oval so I can have the well baked carmalized crust. Tonight I ordered it again and asked for well baked. When the pizza arrived it was not well baked and once again oval. At this point I will just order a regular pizza and get deep dish from another place. I think they had a change of ownership and thats how they want to make the deep dish. I believe after getting 3 pizzas like that after the cook being told about it, he has no interest in making it properly. I would attach a pic of the pizza if I had the option.

What a great idea to have flavored crusts! The Cajun crust is flavorful but not too spicy. The pizza is not greasy at all.
