Very courteous and stayed open for me when I ran in last minute, right before they were supposed to close. They made a key for me that he was unsure if it would work (because of where the original was made) but told me to come back if it didn’t and he would refund it. Great customer service!

I called and was told they would arrive in 45 minutes. They called us after almost two hours and and told us they wouldn’t be able to come and gave us the number of another locksmith that didn’t even answer the phone. So now we r waiting another 45 minutes for another locksmith…

Awful customer service. After waiting for over 2 hours when they said it would be 45 – 60 min and having them keep saying the guy would be here soon every time we called to check they finally said they wouldn’t be able to come at all. It would be nice if they told us earlier instead of making us wait for nothing.

Super customer service. I love the fact that there is actually a real locksmith stationed here. Very nice, competent guy who even repaired my lock for free! Great location and easy to find and park.
