This jewelry store is not a chain and is also family run and operated. They have a very nice selection of new and estate jewelry. I keep going back because I am never disappointed. I have taken my Baum & Mercier watch there to be repaired, as well gotten many appraisals done there.
In addition, I had a custom platinum eternity band made by them to match my wedding set perfectly and they did a beautiful job with it. I have also had an additional diamond added to a pendant necklace, and most recently they helped me with replacing a chipped diamond in a pair of earrings that was very difficult to match.
If you are looking for an honest establishment, with friendly staff, then you should visit here.

Replaced a dive watch battery in less than 5 minutes for a very reasonable fee. Prompt, friendly service. Plenty of staff. Convenient location.

Had them replace band on Seiko watch, and then re-​glue hour markers on dial that had fallen off. Prices very good for both ($ 10 for re-​gluing markers), band put on while I waited, re-​gluing watch was available next day. Friendly, courteous staff.
They also sell Seiko and Pulsar watches. Had some seiko automatics for near 50% off in estate section (though were new watches). Limited selection of watches, but at least in sale area very good prices.
Also have other jewelry for sale, as well as some miscellaneous (ie candles).

I had my stainless steel TAG polished here. Talk about fast service! It ready by the next morning and very inexpensive

I bought my husband’s wedding band here, they sized it quickly and brought it out to my car so I didn’t have to pay the meter in downtown Tampa.

Reasonable, professional, fast and friendly — Hayman Jewelry is a great spot to have a link repaired on your watch ($ 5), a battery replaced ($ 8) or a necklace repaired ($ 8). They did all three things while I waited and it took about 10 minutes. I will use them in the future for all of my repairs.

This is a small family shop that has been in Tampa for decades.
Their in-​store selection is a little small, but their prices are good and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I have bought several pieces of jewelry and had good experiences.
They will also repair watches and change batteries. I have had a number of batteries replaced while I wait — for about $ 8. Not bad.
It’s nice to have a store like this as an alternative to the big box corporate stores.

I’d needed to have my watch battery replaced for months, and finally stumbled upon Hayman Jewelry when I was downtown.
The service was quick and friendly. It cost about $ 8 to replace my battery, and they also fixed a missing marker on my watch (for free).
Highly suggest, and it’s always good to support downtown businesses!

I had a Seiko 8F33 0029 (1993) repaired here. I had asked for the crystal to be replaced as it was scratched, the battery to be replaced as it was dead, and for the perpetual calendar to be re-​programmed (Because of the dead battery). They called me within one day after I dropped it off and indicated that the watch was ready. When I got to the store to pick it up they told me that the perpetual calendar no longer functioned but they had done the rest of the work. The work they did was OK but had they called and indicated that the perpetual calendar was no longer functional I would have waived them off and just scrapped the watch. Instead I paid them their full price for the work they did minus the programming fee. Work was OK but inconsiderate given I was not contacted about the discovered issue prior to them continuing with repair of the watch.
