They provide lousy service all-in-all. There’s better pest control services to be had for sure. Specifically, if you have issues they won’t come to your house to resolve them beyond the standard monthly visit you get so they can keep their costs to a minimum and their profits to a maximum. More importantly, my wife didn’t feel comfortable around the employees they hired. That’s not the case with all our contractors we do business with, just this one, unfortunately.

We are contractor’s and have used this company for years on homes we remodel and have referred their services to hundreds of people including various local realtors who now use them. Called them a few days ago and inquired about regular service at our personal home and we’re given what we thought was a decent price for yearly service. When technician arrived he proceeded to go over contract which included a initial cost of $ 150.00. This was not discussed during initial phone call. We were told $ 75.00 quarterly and that it would be $ 300.00 a year. My husband called Dominique at Haskell to inquire about discrepancy and was cussed at and called stupid. Needless to say we did not go with quarterly service and we will be letting our realtors know how we were treated and they will never get another referral from us. Very unprofessional and rude! Beware of what they tell you. Bait and switch!

We’ve had good experiences with this company so far. Had them tent our house a year ago for a bad termite infestation and haven’t had any issues so far. They come by every quarter and spray for pests too and have been consistently friendly.

Avoid this company. Had service contacts with them for a year. Completed our contract and called to pay last invoice and informed them that I was canceling service(in their defense, I had no issue with the service but wanted to consolidate with the company who held the termite warranty on our house for simplicity and savings). Yesterday, we receive a call saying the technician will be out today to spray. In an attempt to mitigate the problem I call to explain that this is not necessary as we had canceled service 41 days earlier. The manager informs me that«no written termination request is on the account and per the contract i must give 60 days.» Still trying to be reasonable, I explain that we fulfilled the year contract and called to cancel over a month ago to which he states the contract carries over month to month and will not be terminated unless 60 days written notice is given. So let me get this right. .I have to give you 60 days notice on a 30 day contract??? Not to mention, when I called to cancel, no one stated that written notice was required. I faxed over written notice last night and had asked the manager to cancel the treatment or at least postpone. In a passive aggressive tone, he states, «you’re under contract. «As a small business owner I understand the importance of contracts but given that the original terms of the contract were met and a verbal contract was made to cancel service, I find this very unprofessional, unreasonable, and nearly fraudulent. Save yourself the frustration with these scammers who are more interested in exterminating your finances than providing ethical, professional customer service.

The person who did our service was good how ever, we had a Yellow Jacket nest over a foot round and 1 on the tree. The next day they returned and was called again. This happened 2 more times, for the $ 250 they charged they never fixed the problem, they should have at least fixed it for what they charged.
