Happy Nails

I’ve been coming to this salon for about 2 years & now I live in New Tampa. Not only do they have good prices they listen when I’m not happy (I’m a lil ODC about my nails). But there about business & from all the nail salons around me & other locations it’s worth the 25 min drive.

no star at all. worst customer service ever. false prices and advertising. went early in the day to confirm the ad they had for mani and pedi they confirmed. after work i went to get my nails done and in the middle of my mani i get the news that the lady next to me went to pay and they were charging double! she asked for the ad and they said she understood wrong. i asked and they told me it was doubled the price. i continue having my mani and she started doing painting my nails really badly, missing spots, sides with no paint at all, missing to clean, etc. when i asked to have a nail redone she told me «why don’t you do it yourself, here you go, throws the nail polish on the table stands up and walks away… sooo rude!!! she comes back and tells me she would not paint my nails that i needed to pay the whole amount of the service and leave. i told her how rude she was and that she needed to take customer complaints in a nicer way. i asked for another person to paint my nails which she did badly to and told me to «leave right away, we don’t need customer that complains and do not come anymore» seriously??? i have never felt so disrespectful in my lifee. worst nail place ever!!! charged me $ 18 for a manicure!!! save your money and drive two more blocks, nice place where the publix shopping center is!
