Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

This place is AMAZING ! The front desk girls, Shannon and Christina, are both wonderful girls full of information and great personalities! My tech was rose ! I went in for a facial, my first one ever ! She talked to me the entire time letting me know what she was doing and what would be best for my skin. She went over the products I should use and which ones would be better for me. Loved this place so much I got a package and bought the products rose recommended !

Hand & Stone is a lovely spa! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they are actually all put together when they are at work … meaning they are well-​groomed, well-​dressed, the ladies actually have on makeup and their hair is nicely done. Some places (not just spas, a LOT of places) the staff go to work looking like they just got out of bed or the shower. They show up at work with wet hair and no makeup and whatever they could grab out of a closet or drawer. This may not bother some people, but when I go shopping or especially to a place like a spa, it raises my confidence in the quality of the establishment if their people are well-​groomed, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. You get this quality of service at Hand and Stone. It is clean, it smells nice, the pampering rooms are so cozy and comfortable. The beds are even heated! They also have fabulous products to help you provide your skin with the finest care. This is just an overall delicious experience! Treat yourself soon! You will be so glad you did!

I highly recommend Hand and Stone, the front desk staff are very professional and make you feel right at home. Vince was my massage therapist today, and he was amazing! I feel 1000 times better and there were no awkward moments or anything to worry about! He calmed my nerves and gave me a great experience. I look forward to seeing him again.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Would recommend and walk in are available. I was able to book an appointment within a few hours on a Saturday night. David was great!

Always leave here feeling 100% better, also brought my special needs daughter with Autism in for a massage and we couldnt have been greeted more warmly!!! Great experience! The front desk staff is friendly. The services are catered to each customers needs. I had a massage and a facial. Both were great. The massage was with David. it was the perfect amount of pressure. His technique was different than I was used to, but it was very effective and enjoyable. I felt very relaxed the entire time.
My facial was with Sara (Not sure of the spelling) was great also. I get facials regularly, but this was the first time I was able to go into public after the facial. My skin looked great and I could easily see the difference in my skin.
This place is a great find. I found it to be quite, friendly, inexpensive, and welcoming. I will certainly be back here again.

I had a great experience. It was my first my massage with hot stones. The is my second massage ever after I swore them off after an initial awkward, horrible experience for my first massage ever years ago at a Chicago spa. Well, I chose the right place! Bill was a complete professional. He also explained all that was happening. The stones were not too hot. After an hr flew by he said we’re done. I felt so great. My muscles and pain I had felt much better was much improved. I booked my next appt. in 5 weeks. There’s some kind of monthly program that seems like a great deal. I’ll try it out since you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Wonderful Spa!!! I have been to several different locations but I will have to say this is the BEST SPA in the world. When you enter in the doors you are in wonderful hands. The girls at the front desk are wonderful and they go out of their way to make you relax. I love the hot stone massage. I have done a lot of the services and love them all! Debbie the owner is so wonderful and goes out of her way to make your happy and she is glad to have you in her spa. I go to Saylle and she rocks! I just love this spa and I only wished they had a hotel attached and this way you could extend your stay. I can say enough good words about this spa! I treat myself once a month to a service and I think if you would give this place a try you would feel the same way!!!

The front desk staff is wonderful & very professional. Appointments are timely. I have had several massages there & no complaints about any, although I have never had the same therapist twice, seems a significant staff turnover. Today thou I was WOWed, not by the therapist but the sign on the counter guiding my choice to tip. I really felt guilty as I usually had tipped 15−20% (massages begin… intro $ 40.00). The MINIMUM suggested tip for ANY service was $ 10.00 ! I left wondering does this «veteran» owner pay the staff or are they independent contractors, making a living off tips? If you add their suggested tip to the cost of your service may as well book a weekend at the spa of your choice. Maybe that professional front desk staff has a better salary than the massage therapist! Too cash poor & feeling guilty to return!

Had such a great experience here! From the time I called in the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was booking for myself and a friend and she ensured we had coinciding massages and that we were comfortable with the gender of our masseuse. We had to make last minute changes (I decided to get the hot stones) and she went right ahead and got everything ready for me. They also have a membership if you plan on getting massages more frequently. Overall a very pleasant experience for me and my friend!!!

This is a veteran owned and operated business. Members enjoy perks such as discounts on services or add-​ons and member parties for holidays with mini services. The therapists that I have encountered have all been professional and known exactly what the client needs. I would recommend this particular location to friends or visitors to the area.
