Good Timez Smoke Shop

Sold me a non-​working, defective product, and refused to refund my money. They pointed out a tiny sign on the register that says «No returns or exchanges» and they think that excuses them from being decent human beings. The girl acted as ignorantly as possible and had to call the shop owner several times to get any answers. Then she refused to give me the contact information for the owner so that I could settle this. I hope they really enjoy my $ 50.
Also, the shop is tiny and the people working are unfriendly. I don’t care if the person working at the shop is pretty, they need to be able to do their job amicably. The variety of glass/​rigs are very limited, not to mention if you get screwed over with a bad product, they won’t care at all. I recommend anywhere else.

This place is so awful. There is a better smoke shop right next door. Ive bought blunts from here twice and both times every single one of them was stale. I spent about $ 10 each both times so I got about 7 – 8 packs each time. I finally decided after the second time I was going back. Usually $ 10 or less isn’t worth me driving all the way back but this time I decided it would be worth it after the second time. I get back to the shop and tell the lady about my experience, and she offers to replace all the blunts I purchased. So as soon as she gave them to me I started opening them in the store, and surprise surprise all of them were stale. I insisted she remove the products from the shelves as ALL of the juicy blunts were old and stale to prevent more people from going through the same torture. At this point its I’ve been through a little under 30 packs. The lady was very apprehensive to give me a refund and insisted that I get more stuff from the store instead but since almost every blunt in the entire store is stale I decided to opt for some rolling papers in exchange and vowed never to come back. She then had the nerve to say that shes been selling these same blunts for weeks and hasn’t had any issues… but then I asked her how many people would be willing to get back in their car after driving all the way home and opening the blunts to realize they are stale? for 99 cents? I told her not many people would honestly care enough to do that even myself after the first didn’t care enough to come back and the only reason I did this time was because it was the second time and I live right down the street. The owner refused to come out and face me and hid in the back room watching me on camera. This place seriously sucks, they don’t care about customers, they don’t care if they sell a stale product, or wether or not you end up with said product. The owner was also a coward and didn’t even attempt to rectify the situation or come out to apologize to me. The best part is that there is a smoke shop on the same side of the road not even 500ft away from this one next to qudoba. Go there instead, bought stuff there fresh and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, nice and dark, good selection, decent prices and you can smoke inside. What more could you want? It’s a bit small but I found what I needed, cheaply. Don’t say the B word…

Good shop. Decent selection, really great prices compared to Houston. Kind of in a crappy neighborhood so lock your car!
