Competitive prices (especially for being downtown) and my clothes are consistently clean and pressed perfectly. If there is a stubborn spot they let me know and work to get it out. Very friendly and personable service.

Terrible business. Never coming back.
I came in ¹⁰⁄₂₉ with 2 suits and 5 shirts. Said on my ticket that everything would be ready for pickup after 4 on ¹⁰⁄₃₀. I arrived just before 1pm on ¹⁰⁄₃₁ and they only had my shirts done.
Secondly, I had an alteration on a pair of pants for one of the suits. The pants were on a hanger with clearly visible wrinkles, and the clerk said the pants were done and we were waiting on the two jackets and other pants to be cleaned. I pointed out that the wrinkles from my last wear were clearly still in the pants, so they were clearly not dry cleaned. She tried to pass off the pants as «clean» because she «put a tag on them». I asked why they would be cleaned separately from the other suit pieces and she couldn’t answer but said she’ll «put them back through». Liar. Don’t bullshit your customers.
Now I have to make another 15 mile round trip tomorrow to pick up my order that was supposed to be ready yesterday. And they call themselves tampas premier cleaners? BS! Never coming back.
