Flavs Barbecue

«6 STARS” — I’m here in Tampa on business all the way from Cincinnati, Ohio. Being that I am a Chef/​Restaurant Consultant, I’m always treated by my clients to fancy restaurants that serve «cute food» in small portions for astronomical prices. This afternoon was the first opportunity I had to break away and do what I love most, which is drive slow with the window rolled down and follow my nose to whatever smells delicious! Today I knew I was in for a real treat because I could smell Flav’s Barbecue from waaaay down the road. I pulled up and Mr. Flav himself was manning the grill. I ordered the Rib Tip Dinner and was awarded a taste of an extra side because, well because they’re just darn good people! BOOM… Big Meaty Rib Tips tender as can be, Cinnamon Sweet Baked Beans, Warm and Gooey Mac and Cheese just like Granny used to make and rich Brown Dirty Rice Seasoned to perfection. I love that the food was served hot and it took two rounds for me to finish. I am DEFINITELY a repeat costumer!!! Thanks Guys, Great Job!!!
