Stayed here this past weekend after switching from the location on spruce street. We were greeted by Jessica contrary to our experience beforehand at the other location, Jessica took great care of us she made sure that all of our needs were met. It was a big difference in those few blocks between these two hotels, we were upgraded to a king size room and this hotel was updated without the foul smell of three previous one. I would strongly recommend this place(ask for Jessica)

We originally booked a 2 full size beds but when we called on our way to the hotel, they said that they couldn’t give us the room. That night when we got there they gave us the room, but the next morning we got a call from the front desk trying to take the room from us because«a trainee gave us the room.» That was so unfair but we were able to keep the room. The hotel elevator smells like dog pee and the hallways smell like pure cigarette smoke even though they is no smoking signs on the floor but to my surprise the rooms do not smell and the rooms are actually pretty big. There was a kitchen and living room and then another room with 2 beds and then… their bathroom got clogged. It seems like in every location that this is a big issue. Even though it smells terrible in this hotel I would stay here again. TIP: Ask the front desk for the wifi code!

Don’t stay here! Most dirty and downright disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Stained everywhere. Uncleaned sink, bathtub, carpet. Just plain ol’ nasty. Mold all over the bathroom including the shower curtain. Food clogging the sink. I am writing this at 1 am. I can’t sleep as the walls are so thin I can hear gangster rap coming from the next door neighbor’s room. Trashcans collecting water in the hallway. Smell of cigarettes all over this«smoke-free» floor. Free packaged bagels for breakfast and a toaster that doesn’t work. I’ll be lucky to leave here alive and without disease. Again, don’t stay here! Trust me.
