Favorite franchise for an Iced Carmel Latte, but least favorite Tampa location. I have started timing from when I make my order to when I get my item, because it has become ridiculous. Either this location is short staffed, or not very good at multitasking. It should not take me 10 minutes in your drive through for an order. Many times I have driven off, because I have places to me. And other locations my order is ready at the window to pay and go. I know I cannot be the only one who notices the time it takes. Do better!

Glad there is a Dunkin’ opening on Kennedy, this one in West Tampa has seen me for the last time! Honestly, my order has been messed up at least once a week (and I stop almost daily) for the last month!

Located in the shopping center on the corner of MLK and Armenia in the Winn Dixie lot. The service is decent… I waited for 5 minutes before anyone noticed I was standing at the register around noon today. A few employees wandered by but didn’t say anything to the cashiers that I needed help. This has happened upon other occasions when I have visited and I chalk this up to a combo of my height (short girl) and lack of employee communication. Regardless, they make a great cup of coffee or tea and have never made my drink incorrectly. In fact, one employee once told me he would have added a Splenda to my coffee when he saw me pouring in a packet after serving my drink. I’ll continue to be a repeat customer.

I have purchased breakfast though the drive thru on 4 different occasions. The food and coffee are always hot, packaged well, and plenty of napkins provided.
3 out of the 4 times I have encountered the same gentleman in the loud speaker. He is always extremely polite, expedient, and repeats the order back to ensure accuracy.
2 complaints: hash brown quantity with a meal is small. I received a bag with only 5 small hash browns included. I was going to share them with my wife, but obviously had to give them to get with the small amount.
The other complaint or a tip actually is how to exit the Dunkin Donuts without getting hit by cars coming from both directions. Do not make a right out of the drive through to get to Armenia. You will be sitting for awhile depending on time of day. Do yourself a favor and go around the back of the building to the connecting steet and make a left to hit the light. This is the safer route and less stressful.

Don’t let the location fool you this is the only Dunkin I go to for an on the go cup of Joe. Service is quick, my order is always right, and it’s always done with a smile. I typically never do those surveys at the bottom of my receipts but made sure to do one for this spot so the big guys at Dunks knows that they have a good team here!
