This is a new DD and hopefully they will improve their service. But for this to be brand new, only open for a week, they should be rolling donuts out without any issues. Instead, they were out of many donuts and their munchkin selection was 4. The donuts for this restaurant are baked at another location and then brought to this store. And if they expect to keep their customers, then they will need to make sure they have enough donuts throughout the day. We went at 11am on a Saturday morning and the drive they and inside were packed, but many turned around when they saw they were out of many donuts. The restaurant is very small and the line backs right up to the door entrance. The young lady behind the counter was not pleasant, at all. Again, this is the first week of this DD being open, so I would think they would work a bit harder to maintain a customer base and provide excellent customer service. She didn’t smile, she was very dry and she typed on the screen like it was an inconvenience for her to be there. The restaurant is clean but again it’s new so it should be clean. The inside seating is a nice cozy space with both booths and tables. I give this restaurant 1 star because I can’t give it 0 stars. They need to really work on the method of delivering their donuts. People come here for the donuts but if there are none and if the service is bad, expect the customers to leave. Not sure if the owner will read this but if he/she does I hope they take these comments into considerations. There are 2 large apartment communities and a huge housing community within walking distance to this DD location, and if this DD is going to be «Running on empty» then they can expect their customers to run away. There is also a Winn Dixie in the same parking lot, and they too sell donuts, so that is also something to think about when people may want their donut fix. Just my Elite opinion!
