Dillard’s

Went to look for dresses here after being informed it was actually an outlet. Yes, you do have to dog through items to find what you’re looking for, but the deals are a awesome. Also, the staff isn’t the most amazing. We were being rushes out while in the fitting room because we didn’t know the store closes earlier than the actual mall. Did find an awesome bargain though. I will be back!

The staff here are awful. I’m sure this is a nice place to ship because if all the deals but I am upset by my experience and will not be back.
Nowhere does it say that this is a Dillard’s clearance store and not a regular Dillard’s. I was holding a clothing box and shoe box trying to return Christmas gifts that didn’t fit. I stood in line for half an hour (there was only one cashier open). There were at least three other employees wandering about. Finally another register opened. I told her I wanted to return the clothes and she told me they’re not a regular Dillard’s.
How is it that no one could tell me that while I was waiting. I was obviously there to return clothes so if they don’t do that they could’ve told me. I’m very frustrated.

I will be back. I spent $ 500 and received 40 pieces of clothing! I love this place!
