Although I’m sure the doctor is competent, his office staff is THE WORST. They failed to notify me that my colonoscopy had been cancelled so I showed up fully prepped only to find that the doctor was not in, would not be coming in, and that his absence had been anticipated for over 10 days! When I called to sort out what happened, the office staff was rude and combative, and blamed me for not returning a message that they never left. Then they acted as if they were doing me a favor to reschedule the appointment. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I’ve now waited over a month for my follow up appointment with the doctor and they cancelled again and the next available appointment is 3 months away. When I called to ask for my records they said they would charge me $ 1 per page and refused to provide them electronically. I would give zero stars if I could. These people do not care about patients and they won’t care about you.
