So utterly disappointed in my cake experience! Came in early in the week to order a father’s day cake after the kids saw the commercial with the super dad cake and decided it was a must have for their ice cream loving dad. I was told they could do the colors but not the super dad design even though online they could. I comprised and requested«Super Tazzdad!» written instead. I came in today to pick it up and the red icing was PINK with a gray S and the word dad in plastic plopped on the cake. When I explained that I was not taking a pink cake home that didn’t even have what I requested written on it they got defensive. When I then requested they write what I requested on one of the cakes in the case I got a cake with sloppy writting! My kids would be heartbroken if I come home empty handed so I was forced to pay for the cake. If you cannot make the cake DONOT advertise them or SELLTHEM.

I guess it’s worth dogpiling on about the prices because first and foremost they will in some form or other catch your attention here especially if you’ve come for something dessert-ish. We all did the Blizzard thing and while the last time I had a Blizzard was in the 20th century, it was more or less the way I remember it including the cup getting turned over by the employee who made it to show you how thick it was. While they do indeed offer a full menu of wraps, salads, burgers and dogs we weren’t there for any of that so I can’t speak as to how that stuff works or does not work. Look, it’s quite simple. It was four days after Christmas, there was no line, it’s 85 degrees so dammit it’s ice cream time.

Not quite understanding the negative reviews: a Dairy Queen is a Dairy Queen. I don’t think you should expect the highest of standards from a fast food joint. I just come here for the occasional Blizzard, which always gets the job done of putting my sweet tooth in its place. The flavor combinations are yummy, and they are good about letting you add extra candy in your ice cream creations. Sometimes the Blizzard is blended great, other times I end up with plain ice cream at the bottom, but you know what? You can hand-mix it with your own spoon and life goes on.

We’ve never had a bad experience here. The ice cream is what you expect. It’s Dairy Queen, been around forever and never changes. But what we really love about this Dairy Queen, the younger ones working behind the counter really try to help make you blizzard the way you want it. Sometimes we ask for weird combos and they deliver every time.

One star is too much. Went there today because my husband wanted a blizzard. Walked in, was greeted by a nice girl. So far that’s the only good thing about visit(the greeting). So… hubby asks for Reese’s blizzard, and I ask the girl if they have anything sugar free… are you ready for this? She says and I quote«Oh I don’t know». So I looked at her like Ok so ask someone or look! Obviously I didn’t say that because I’m not rude… so I looked at her with a confused face and said… oh. Ok. Really? Does management actually train their staff? Pointers in customer service or common sense would be a good idea… Anyway, I didn’t order anything. My husband got his blizzard and it looked like a cup of plain vanilla ice cream. Hardly Any chunks of Reese’s… Crumbs. Needless to say… we won’t be going back.

Bad experience, my Reese’s blizzard was vanilla ice cream with a dusting of Reese’s crumbs, not even mixed well. The girl behind counter was nice but had no knowledge of there products and did not even have the common sense to ask another co-worker for help, my wife asked her a question and her answer was just«oh I don’t know» and shrugged her shoulders! Complete shit show, I will never return… maybe this is why cold stone is soo busy.

We went there for Mother’s Day for dessert, they were out of brownies, hot fudge, strawberries, and a lot of other stuff. No pineapple no nothing. It was a terrible experience. They need a new manager to keep better track inventory, there was a huge line and everyone left.

I visited this location this evening and, I must say, I will not be coming back; ever. The moment our party walked through the door I immediately noticed the look of dismay on the employee’s faces. The lady working the counter rushed us through ordering and seemed bothered that we wanted to tweak some of our orders, such as no whipped cream and extra hot fudge. After ordering, we went to sit down; however, every single table was disgusting. We cleaned a table ourselves. When our order was ready, it was noticed that the order requesting extra hot fudge was not fulfilled. When brought to the staffs attention, they explained that the amount provided was all– their machine is out of order. They definitely could of told us that when we ordered extra hot fudge. Between the visibly annoyed staff, dirty dining area, and broken machines, what does this place have to offer?

This is our neighborhood Dairy Queen. We always receive the coupon in the mail. We alway like the coupon for the buy one and get one free coupon. The best thing about them is they run the manager special. Just a note, I am guessing they love to have the store at high visible area at the Main Street such as Bruce B Down to get more traffic with customer. It is great to have the store across to cinema. If you have a scary movie you need to have the ice cream to calm your heartbeat. If you watch a love movie, you can share the ice cream with your love one and continue in the love pool. I love their blizzard the way they have prepared it. They with mix the ice cream, milk, choices of mix and scramble together. Then they will show you the upside down mixed product in the cup to tell you how well they mix it. I love their cappuccino flavor with Heath bar. My wife usually cannot have any caffein after noon time. I am usually finish the cup myself. The Heath bar crunch make the blizzard more flavor increase the coffee flavor. Chocolate and cappuccino — get it together like the superglue in flavor. I can see their business is getting impact by nearby ice cream store. Competition among them getting stronger. I will continue to support them when I can.

They have blizzard in a waffle cone — yum. I never go out for ice cream and was shocked they don’t flip the blizzards over anymore :(
