I’ve been to every local deli in walking distance and Cypress Deli by far has best food and good seating. They take particular pride in their soups. I like the chicken Caesar salad and the burgers are quite good. Sometimes if you order something that requires the grill, check how much is ordered ahead of you. Their grill space is limited so the grill can get back logged.

Great deli conveniently located on a section of Cypress with no other dining options. Avoid the local lunch time crowds and traffic and head to Cypress Deli. The variety of salads they have offer healthy options for local cubical dwellers. Sandwiches come cold or hot via the Panini press or grill. The bread they used for sub sandwiches must be homemade — it’s light and fresh every time. Made to order salad or sandwiches offer even more options beyond the already verbose menu. The deli is family owned, the staff is always friendly and service is quick. Credit cards accepted but only for orders over $ 5.00. If you work in this area stop by for a takeout order and then head to Cypress Park for a great picnic in the middle of the work day.

This fantastic deli is located on the first floor of my building and really is a great secret for those looking for a tasty work day lunch without breaking the bank. A small space with a decent amount of seating. Casual and unpretentious, but always with great music playing on the stereo. A pretty extensive menu of made to order sandwiches, salads, wraps, and more. A lot of standard deli fare done well and happily made to order. One of the most delicious items on the menu is also one of the best deals. There is a rotating line up of home made soups that are not to be missed. Don’t pass up the Cream of Potato, Split Pea & Ham, or 15 Bean soups. They go perfectly with a grilled cheese on rye.
