I had my carpets cleaned and the tile cleaned.
The carpet cleaning was good.
The tile cleaning; left pretty large puddles in multiple areas throughout my livingroom and kitchen…5 hours after the cleaning was complete. While some standing water is probably the norm, actual puddles that long after the cleaning is Not. I mopped the puddles up for approx 45min.
I sent a video to the owner. After a conversation, he offered 50% off the Next cleaning. No, there wont be a next.
