I was staying at the Hilton on a Wednesday night. I had an early flight so I just wanted to grab a quick meal and drink at the bar, but I received neither, I was sitting at the bar and was completely ignored by the bar tender, at no point did she ever ask what I wanted, if I needed a menu, nothing.
After about 10 minutes she served two guys that came and sat down on either side of me after I sat down, at which point I just left. I travel almost 200 days a year and I’m hard pressed to think of a worse service experience I’ve had in the last couple of years.

You’re probabably going to eat breakfast at Coconuts because you’re staying at the Hilton. So you have two choices: gruel or a decent– looking breakfast buffet.
The gruel, er I mean oatmeal, is incredibly gelatinous and difficult to look at. At $ 7, ours came with mango and spices, but was still bland. You can order your gruel without fruit for $ 4.
The breakfast buffet looks decent and fresh, $ 15.5. They serve a couple deli meats and cheeses, choice of fruit and the usual hot items: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy. Plus, there’s bagels, muffins, coffee and orange juice. This is like a starter breakfast for half their customers who are waiting to get on to a cruise ship.
