I’m updating due to owner calling and trying to make things right. He did apologize multiple times for how business was handled, but what is done is done. But the apology is much appreciated, he also offered to buy me a new massage table, but I have no need for a 2nd… :(was hoping for at least a refund. But that may be expecting too much.
My biggest upset was I was told it would be done a certain day, was supposed to take a day, took almost a week. Called every day, was never started till 2⁄3 days later, at pick up, one part wasn’t even done. :(everything was put together wrong as well, Had to call someone else to help me fix it. luckily massage tables aren’t too complicated.
