I’m a bit disappointed today. Orders goofed up, free dessert not brought out. What was usually good was a bit mediocre today. The fried picked were good. The slacking with service, not so much.

Average food, some is even above average… but the service is horrible. Takes forever to get your food and forget about drink refills unless you are drinking alcohol and can reorder yourself directly from the bar with the kiosk machine. They drop off your food never to be seen again(especially since they expect you to pay through the on table device.

Good food & good service… what I appreciate about this Chili’s is that I know what to expect, and I’m rarely disappointed. While most dishes are not outstanding, their food is consistently good. We seem to get a lot of Chili’s gift cards for birthdays, holidays, etc., and this location is the closest to my house. Its always clean, and never crowded on weeknights. The bar area has small booths, tables, high-tops, and of course, bar seating. TVs in every corner & all behind the bar make this a great spot to watch a game while we eat. A few weeks ago, we got loaded fries as an appetizer & really enjoyed them. Also on that visit, I had a burger, and it was just OK. So earlier this week, I decided to get the Chicken Crispers. I’ve always loved these with honey mustard, and this order was no exception. Hubs enjoyed his burger, but was disappointed to learn this location no longer has a mushroom burger. My daughter ordered 3 tacos… two spicy shrimp & one fish. She said they were very good. We both got corn on the cob with our meals… she loved hers, but I thought mine had way too much pepper on it. The corn had a great flavor on its own, and I would’ve preferred adding pepper myself, if I wanted it. My frozen margaritas were delicious, however I’m still not a fan of receiving both of my 2-for-1 drinks at the same time. Service on both of these visits was very good. We never wanted for a thing. In fact, both servers were great at anticipating what we needed.

Okay, let me just say that as an American, I have a certain expectation when it comes to chilis. Chilis, you’ve been around long enough to know better. I know those catchy rib commercials didn’t pay for themselves, you must have been pretty successful at some point. There’s a chilis on basically every major road in the United States. You’ve had enough practice and corporate training… Who did this to you? What happened? I’m curious as to when, instead of hamburger meat, they decided to start using charred shoe leather that even a pissed off pitbull couldn’t chew through. Does anyone have the date on when that occurred? Is Firestone tires your new meat distributor? When I order a hamburger and am not asked for a meat temperature, I assume it will be cooked«medium well» not«cooked longer than my cremated grandmother». In fact, I was completely unaware that you could even cook meat to that extent. The burger I got from chilis had the texture of sawdust, smashed into a patty, then dehydrated twice and held together with nail glue. I don’t even know if the human body can digest whatever material your burger is made out of. And that’s just the patty. What about the condiments? I understand not everyone wants ketchup or mayo or whatever. Some people like their burgers plain and I respect that. But why add just mustard? Why ONLY mustard? And it’s such a confusingly small amount of mustard. It’s like someone accidentally spilled some mustard on the counter and then dropped the bun on the edge of the mustard spill. If you’re going to dress my burger up at all, put a little effort into it. Actually, don’t. Instead, I’ll just show up to your restaurant in only shoes, a scuba mask and a bra, that way I can be as inappropriately bare as your burger. Speaking of inappropriate. Can you tell whoever is river dancing all over the chips in the back to knock it off? The only redeeming quality chilis has maintained regarding their food is the queso and I really can’t eat it with a 2 cm long chip shard. It’s like Tex mex confetti. I didn’t pay $ 80 on a manicure so that I could scrape my fingernails along the bottom of the queso skillet. The service was fine, there’s no need to fire anyone or suspend anyone, just understand that I wouldn’t even feed my dog your food and she eats tin foil out of the garbage. Also, the margaritas have too much sour. If corporate wants to save money on alcohol costs, just water it down. Stop trying to destroy my taste buds with your unbearable sour mix. It’s literally only 4 ingredients. Do yourselves a favor. Sell those ridiculous tablets on your tables and invest the money in tolerable food. Your customers will thank you. You go to restaurants to eat, not play on a tablet. If the food is inedible, you’re really missing the whole point of being a restaurant.

Sabrina helped us when we came in last minute for an order. She was amazing, quick, and a pleasure to encounter. Her menu knowledge helped in us in our decision making. We got everything we came for and a few, delicious, things more.

Just did that to go thing and wasn’t impressed. Got the 2 for $ 20 special. I got the burger medium rare, well suppose to be med rare was well done and had a rotten tomato with it. My kids enjoyed but you didn’t satisfy the person who buys their food. Wonder if this is how it is dining in there.

We have ordered Chili’s to go 3 times recently. Two of the 3 orders were missing a side when we got home. Also, the employee who checked us out last was notably unfriendly. When ordering Chili’s, I never have high expectations for the food, but after the terrible service we will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered from this place on three separate occasions through Doorstop Delivery. Every time I had a 90+minute wait, not including Delivery for two entrees. Order dinner at 6:00pm and expect to eat at 8:00pm or after??? Guys, if you don’t want to participate in the service be honest. This place gives everyone else in the program a bad name.

I have never once had a negative experience at this location, and mind you, I go every Saturday night after work. The food is always cooked to mouthwatering perfection and the service is always spot on! These«rude teeny boppers» have always provided me with excellent and friendly service!

First impressions are a lasting impression, and clearly the staff here thinks differently. I walked in and waited nearly 5 mins for the hostess to come to the front. Then when she got there, she looked at me as if I was in the wrong place. I said 2 please and then she looked around and asked me if I was with a guy who was walking by because he was waiting on someone. Now may just be a coinky dinky but if he walked right by me, he clearly isn’t looking for me. Then I sat at the table and waited more than 7 mins(yes I counted) for a server. One walked by twice but no one ever came. Now this restaurant was not crowded and the only large group was leaving, do not sure where the hold up was. So I never ordered a drink and didn’t get an opportunity to taste anything to rate it. However, as I looked over the menu I noticed it had not been wiped down. That is really unsanitary for a restaurant. Once I saw that, I opened my Unilocal to see how this restaurant rated, and decided my money would be best spent someplace else. So I guess I will just rate them on this first impression, 1 star. Hopefully their manager will work in the hostess and servers because this should not happen… like ever!

Our fave neighborhood spot! We ALWAYS sit at the bar. The drinks are strong and our food is always fresh and tasty. We love getting blue long islands(2−4−1) and a burger or the triple dipper for a little taste of everything. One of the few places in the area that is actually open until midnight on the weekends! Free chips and salsa at the bar! David and Stevie rock the bartop and we love to go see them on the weekends. 4 stars only because the restaurant feels like it could use a good scrub.

Order curb side to go. After staring out my window for 15min, I decided to go in and see what was taking so long. Mind you, I waited 45mins to show up at curb side. I ordered a salad and a burger. SURPRISE! My burger was cold and I saw the guy throw together a salad in a box really quick… Thought it was strange but was starving so I didn’t care. Got back to the hotel. The salad was literally lettuce with a whisper of feta cheese. Salad was 4.99– no, I’m not joking. Chills is consistently mediocre all over the country but this one was worth the review. It sucked. Plain and simple.

Had lunch with coworkers on Friday, not impressed and will not come back, actually non of us will. Service wasn’t too bad but the food took over 1 hour and they weren’t even busy for lunch time. Once the food came out it was wrong and had to be corrected was like $ 50 for all four of us and just don’t understand why they were so slow, I guess should of noticed since they were dead its for a reason. Most places at 12pm are packed and reading some of the reviews on here indicate there not doing well. Same yourself not being late back to work and go some place else.

I live nearby and go here a lot. It’s the best Chili’s around! It really is. We’ve been to other locations and they just weren’t as good. These guys have great food, drinks, food, and service consistently. I know it’s a chain and people like to badmouth chains for some reason. I mean, if a restaurant is so good you can open another one in a different location it must mean you are doing something right, right? But again this particular location is a cut above the rest. It’s very clean, usually busy and the service is really outstanding. We go here a lot for happy hour and get the homemade chips and salsa, combined with the drinks, aw forget it I’m going there right now!

This place is the pits. And I would give it a fat zero if I could. I decided to take a chance and use to place an order for delivery. I waited 1 hour and a half for food that was not only stone cold but wrong. I ordered the salmon dinner and the half rack ribs. I have never tasted more bland rice and broccoli, never had salmon so dry! I could have made a paste and spackled my walls with it! And I didn’t get my mash side at all. The ribs were tough as tractor tires and dry. The loaded mash potatoes were as bland as anything could be and I am dubious that was even bacon, just a ground up pile of suspicious bits. And I did not even order the loaded mash. The ONLY shining star in the whole meal was the southwestern roasted chicken soup. With the exception of a rotting side of cilantro(or should I say a side of rampant ecoli?) and stale multi colored rectangles of elementary school construction paper looking strips that I presume was tortillas, the soup was quite flavorful. Must have been the cook from the previous shift who made that. When I called about my order I got a gum smacking rude teeny bopper who was about as knowledgeable as a rock. So my suggestion; do NOT go to this location. Unless you want to remix your entire meal to make it palatable. And the sierra mist was hot enough to steep a brisk cup of tea in. But at least it wasn’t flat.

A typical Chili’s.Nothing really unique about it. Pretty good deals on drinks and food during NFL games. Usually it’s the service that can be lacking in these chain restaurants, but I’ve never had an issue. In fact, my server has always been pretty friendly and attentive. Their iPad table check out system could certainly use some work. It seems have issues every other visit for me(although technology always seems to blow up on me so it’s probably just me.). I could see myself coming back for a quick bite to eat during a game.

I visit here occasionally, but this is the first time that I’ve remember to Unilocal it. I was surprised to see that they’ve remodeled the inside, it looks really nice. They also have these interactive tablets on the table: You can play games, you can pay your bill, you can even re-order your drinks, heck! You can even read the USA Today headlines. The menu is also sort of new with new sandwiches, new salads and what have you being added. I ordered my new favorite salad: The quesadilla salad. in essence a chicken salad with corn salsa & a 3 cheese quesadilla. It’s very tasty. And by checking in with 4 square(Yes I use it too) i was able to get a free order of chips & salsa. The service was Ok. Not fast, not slow. And no one told me what the tablet was for or how to use it, I just figured it out on my own. It would have been nice if someone had shown me how to use it. Over all, I’d come back.

«Where’s my veggieburger? — I don’t know. — I don’t know. Was that a veggieburger? The sh*t tastes just like meat. You greedy bastard. You ate it! Which one of you f@cks ate my veggieburger? That sh*t’s not funny! I am the vegetarian!» GRIDLOCK’D I have had a few of my veggieburgers stolen here! Technically a black bean burger, this is a pretty good vegetarian option. As far as veggie burgers go, Chili’s has probably one of the better ones in the chain restaurant world. The patty holds up well against the toppings, and Chili’s has a good selection to choose from. All of there regular burgers can be made with a black bean burger. Had a chance to visit this location and had the Mushroom Swiss Burger, black bean burger served with sauteed mushrooms, Swiss cheese, mayo, shredded lettuce, tomato and pickle. Sat at the bar for a quick bite on the way out of town, service was great. Two for one Happy Hour made it better! Quit stealing veggie burgers, that sh*ts really not funny!
