This is a chain restaurant… One Chick fil A… ALL Chick fil A… always stellar service. For breakfast I get a sausage biscuit. I know I know but I’m not a fan of the chicken biscuit. As far as lunch, I get the chicken sandwich meal with an Arnold Palmer (mmmm) and don’t forget the Polynesian sauce or the Chick fil A sauce to dip your fries in

This chick fil a is hit or miss with wait times, but the food quality is consistent. I have seen the drive thru be extremely efficient with several workers outside managing the flow reducing my wait time to les than 5 minutes. Then there are times like tonight when I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru which is pretty shocking for fast food. So if you’re in a hurry, I recommend parking and running in, it will save you a significant amount of time. But like we all know, the great food keeps us coming back, long wait or not.

It may have been a packed to the gills drive thru night but we got our food very quickly (friday). Polite service with a smile too. Really nice salad and i feel that the Asian sesame dressing is good enough to bottle and sell at a grocery store. We’ll be back!

EAT MORE CHICKIN!!! Because of Chick-​Fil-​A they are the reason I eat more chicken. lol. Its just so good. I wonder if they will have Chick-Fil-A’s chicken sandwiches in heaven?
I came during breakfast hrs and the one thing I always get during breakfast here is the Chicken & Biscuit sandwich with egg and cheese. I can literally eat 50 of these each day. I promise after eating one you will have a new outlook on life. It just tastes so amazing, and no matter which Chick-​Fil-​A I go to they’re always consistent. I probably should look into owning one.

Delicious as always. If you can get in. There have been many times I haven’t been able to because there are too many people and not enough parking. Plus the drive thru wraps around the lot and blocks parked cars in. But I brave the crowds for that tasty chicken sandwich.

I generally don’t write reviews for fast food locations but I was very impressed with the customer service at the particular locations. Every staff employee that I’ve interacted with have been friendly and professional. During noon time when there is a huge line around the drive through they are able to maintain that friendliness and professionalism. The stand is also extremely efficient and getting the orders in and making sure that the customers get their orders in a timely manner. If I’m craving Chick-​fil-​A when I am in the USF area… this is my go to location.

OMG… going thru this drive thru is worse than driving on the Long Island Expressway (LIE)! It’s a giant cluster*
It’s so confusing, whoever planned this? They just renovated the store with what would appear to be 2 efficient drive thru lanes, but instead of using these they had4 clueless workers taking orders on their laptop type things, causing a huge tie up to merge into 2 cashiers also outside. Lines everywhere, «stay on your left «which leads to 2 lanes where you pick up your food, all brought to your car by 1 worker. I couldn’t help to think what that poor guy did to get that position! All were very pleasant except the manager who clearly did not appreciate the feedback and was surprisingly rude for a Chik-​FIl-​A worker. Some how I did cruise thru with lucky lanes but many people who were quite a bit ahead of me were still waiting, quite a while and did not look happy.
As for my order it was good, correctly prepared and typical of Chik-​fil a. Will NEVER give that manager my business again. There has to be a better way!

This is the most efficient drive thru I’ve ever seen in my life. I come here on Saturdays when I am training, so the lunch hour I get is the typical 11:30 — 12:30. When I get there around 11:45, it is packed every time. I’ve never been in line for long though. They always have people in the line directing traffic, taking orders and taking payments. Not once have I waited long, nor have they messed up my order even though there are cars and employees everywhere. The communication is phenomenal on their end in order to get all the right orders to the right cars. I look forward to this efficiency every Saturday!

The fam and I stopped in today for a quick lunch break and we really like this CFA.
Now we are completely hooked on the CFA near our house, but since we were on this side of town we stopped in.
The drive thru lines were long, as most of them are during the lunch rush, but as usual, CFA has the process down to a science. They were taking orders and money in the line and you grab your food at the window. Less wait time and an effective way to get your customers fed in a timely manner.
We went inside and the lobby lines were empty. We walked right up to a register, and Jake, took great care of us. He read my order back to me and ensured we had everything we needed.
The restaurant is clean on the inside and outside and the staff is friendly.
I give this restaurant 4 stars because it is always a great dining experience. I would only like to see their parking improve. I am sure it can get quite busy during the work week and their parking lot can be hard to maneuver in and out of.

After a long drive towards home from Sarasota, I needed to stop some place before I made my way to a showing of RHPS. I noticed that Chick-​Fil-​A was still open and I was happy.
I pulled in, the service was quick. it was polite and efficient. I placed my order, the people at the window got it right and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. The food was right — which is unusual for a drive thru.

Excellent friendly and fast service. Great food. Two people came to check up on us while we ate. Definitely would come back and recommend.

went the 4÷30÷15 for lunch in side and it was packed… outside was packed also. sandwich was over the top as usual. large thick piece of chicken moist and flavorful… Had a free one for my wife as i answered a recent survey… fries were crispy and not soggy… shared a soda with wife… only 650 for both of us… a bargain/​/​/​keep up the good work…

I just love Chick-​Fil-​A & I love this soup. They had some poor worker in the rain taking orders at lunch time to keep the line moving. So I couldn’t let him work in vain, I stayed in line & ordered my soup. The line moved quick & I was back to work in no time. They serve with a separate bag of seasoned tortilla strips, but I always eat them separately. It is a creamy spicy chicken soup with corn & big chunks of chicken. Not bad for fast food, not bad at all. (p.s. get the bowl)

I have been totally disappointed in this location since it was revamped. The drive thru has 2 lines then they meet to 1 window — that is what is called a bottleneck in traffic. The parking for the inside is impeded by the drive thru line. I went to get soup and it took 15 minutes — I think I could have been thru a grocery line and cooked it in the time the line took. The food is the same as all locations but some of the staff is a bit unfamiliar with customer service. One guy indicated that he had already rung up my order so I could not apply a discount they offered.
He was too unwilling to make good customer relationships after that same 15 minute wait for soup.
I have decreased my spending at the chain as this is the closest to me so the change in the footprint has lost this company a customer!

I’m getting very frustrated with this location. I ordered a salad, cold and grilled and it took them three times to get it right. Isn’t a salad supposed to be cold? Not burning hot chicken! If you have a choice, go to the location on Bearss. They have much better service.

Most CFAs are quality restaurants, especially for fast food. This location is even better than most. Very polite young lady named Emma is exceptionally friendly.

I love chickfila, but this location is a nightmare. Always crazy busy even at off-​peak times, and my food is almost always soggy and not fresh. The peach milkshake is ALWAYS delicious, though. Cant go wrong with one. I mostly avoid this location though, and head over to the one on the corner of bearss and bruce b downs, no crazy lines and my food is always perfect.

This Chick-​fil-​a location has always been courteous, clean, and delicious! I’ve been coming here almost weekly for five years since I moved down here and have no plans to stop! The renovation looks BEAUTIFUL! I miss the outdoor tables a little, but the new building is very well laid out. Love all the staff and management here as well! They’ve worked with my college numerous times for fundraisers and events and we are never disappointed! Love this CFA! Eat mor chikin!

Chick-​Fil-​A is the death of me. Whenever I’m driving around and feeling kinda hungry, my mind usually drifts to the oh-​so-​secretly spiced goodness that is CHICK-​FIL-​A chicken.
I have no complaints except that it’s always crazy busy! That must be a good thing… but it can mean a looooong wait sometimes.
Also, it’s just a drive thru. Literally, like Checker’s. No indoor seating, but there are some outdoor tables. Most people just bop through in their cars (two lanes, one kind of awkward because the window is on the passenger’s side).
CHICK-​FIL-​A!

This location has something really going for themselves. This is my favorite location by far. Their oil is great, their fries are crispy, and their chicken (when I ate it) was flavorful and juicy.
