Brought my I phone 6 to Cell Fix on florida ave (don’t bring yours here) to have the screen replaced. They had it for a total of 3 days. Had to bring it back 2 times for the screen going black. Finally had enough and brought it to the I Hospital. They fixed it in 45 minutes and told me that Cell Fix Tore the connector to the LCD screen while replacing the glass. I hospital is awesome, thanks guys. Cell fix denied breaking my phone and refused to give any kind of refund. Don’t go there. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE!!! I had to give it 1 star to post this, I wouldn’t even give this place ¹⁄₁₆ th of a star. DO NOT GO THERE !!!

Do not use this business if you run a business or need your phone back in a timely manner. This is my first bad review on a business. First dropped off phone on Saturday was told they would call the number I provided by 5 to pick up phone it would be ready. Never heard from them. Tried calling no answer. Next day was told phone would be ready when they opened on Monday. Two days later! Husband showed up to get phone at open they told him 3 hours because they ran out of screen replacements. They didn’t call and even tell us. 3 promised deadlines only met one of them. I would not recommend this place to my enemies. Hope you listen to my review. It was disappointing to say the least

These crooks are on Florida Avenue.
They unlocked a phone for me and charged my credit card 3 times. Then their «unlock» wore off over and over again which they wanted to charge me again.
