Camp Brorein-Boy Scouts of America

Been to two campouts here with Cub Scouts, and I’m sure I’ll be here many more times with my son just crossing over to Boy Scouts. The first event we attended was Spook-​o-​ree, and what a great time! There are several bath houses with showers and restrooms that were well-​maintained. The facility had to have been maxed out as far as capacity, but we were still able to rinse our dishes, use the restroom, and brush our teeth. They even brought in portable toilets in addition to the bath houses just for that event.
Today we went to the Crossover ceremony and it was much less crowded. We were able to really see how large it was, and use Swed Hall for cooking, cleaning, eating, and ceremony purposes.
Overall, just a great place for Boy Scouts and Cubs to camp out in a secure environment with lots of activities. And it’s so clean! The only thing that needs improvement is the parking area. It isn’t spaced out very well, and the rows go back to back with not much room, making it hard to get out. Plus when it’s super busy they have to use the road in.
