The food is okay. It’s the service that i can’t tolerate. Bought a pizza from them and after several hours the pizza get cold and I want them to help reheat it. They refused with no reason. And made it like I’m trying to take advantage of them. Well, the attitude really irritated me. I won’t say that I’ll never order from burger King or papa johns, but I’ll definitely won’t order from this location.

Usually the service is good here and the people are pleasant. This is my first flight on a Sunday. The weekend crew has difficulty in understanding English and getting simple orders correct. When asking the female manager to get the order right she decided to get an attitude. Burger King should check in on franchise operations to make sure service standards are optimum. This is my last visit to this location. I hope you find this interview helpful.

This is my go-to restaurant at Tampa International Airport. Friendly staff moves the line quickly, and you can usually find a place to sit within the large dining area. Prices may be a bit higher than a neighborhood BK, such as $ 1.89 for a small drink. Still the best dining bargain for budget travelers. Relax here a while and watch their big TV screen before taking the shuttle to the airline terminals.
