Broadstone Hyde Park

Don’t even think about it… i didn’t sleep for months, from the road work, train (3am every night…) neighbors, very high traffic street, extremely poor construction quality, certainly not the quality you would expect for such price …

The Broadstone staff is amazing. I love how clean and neat this place is kept. Everything is convenient and attended to promptly! I love living here!

I just moved in and already can’t wait to leave.
It’s a brand new complex and aesthetically pleasing however the construction of the units are inferior. I know its apt living but if you can hear your neighbor walk and even sneeze (and other things) that’s not quality for what they ask for rent. Most of the area around the property is covered in rocks so little area to walk your dog although there is lots of grass on neighboring blocks.
The staff and maintenance crew are nice.

This place is great! The location is perfect and around tons of great shops, restaurants and the beach. My apartment is amazing, clean and exactly what I was promised. Any maintenance issues I have had (which have been very few) have been answered immediately. The management team is AMAZING. Very kind, hospitable and pleasant! I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone :)

Fantastic leasing associates! Cannot say enough about this community. Promptly replies to my work orders, great events by the crew there. Close to work, only downfall is parking at times but overall best experience ever! Will be renewing!!!:)

Awesome place to live! Right near everything Hyde Park/​S TPA has to offer! And if you want to go to the beach your just a short drive away! I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place in Tampa Bay!

I moved to this place because of the sole fact of the «awesome» security they sold me on. I found out very quickly that this place is nothing but lies. I could go on and on about how horrible it is to live here. Employees here are VERY condescending. They have no experience in customer service. It’s way overpriced to live here. They say there is 24 hour security and I haven’t seen a security guard there once since I have moved in AND they said that you need a fob in order to get into the building (which is not true because all of the gates just open without a fob). Would you call that good security? No. Don’t live here its just a headache.

I’ve lived here almost a year and I’m very excited for my least to be up. I pay top dollar for this apartment, and I wouldn’t mind the price if I was given everything I was promised when I signed the lease. I was told there would be 24 security, but they weren’t there when someone was trying to break in my apartment at 5am a couple months ago. The following morning I asked why security wasn’t present and they dismissed the question saying I should’ve called 911. Yes, I’m well aware I should call 911 when a stranger is trying to enter your house, but where’s the security I was promised? I haven’t see one guard since I started living there.
Also, they started towing vehicles that don’t have parking permits or guest passes… And they are VERY serious about it. The funny thing about it, though, is that you can only get a guest pass during business hours… But the office closes at 530. So if I have people come over after they are screwed, because they WILL be towed.
I was even towed once and I live there! When asked to take the money I spent on retrieving my car out of my rent they gave me a flat out ‘no’. But I live here… and you towed my car. I don’t get it. Someone explain.
My sister was towed here also. She had to stay over unexpectedly one night. She arrived just after 10pm and when she went to her car at 7am it was gone. The tow company said it was brought in at 11pm. She wasn’t even there an hour before it got towed. At what time was she supposed to get a guest pass? I’m confused. When she confronted the employees they were rude and dismissive and told her to leave. She asked to see signage stating what guests should do after hours and they couldn’t provide anything. They are applying downtown parking garage rules to a residential garage and they think it’s working beautifully. Someone should tell them it’s not.
And just a story that I love sharing: they towed a resident’s car a couple weeks ago. The tow truck driver lost control of their car and it went down the parking garage ramp and smashed through the steel gate. So the gate is mangled and the car is destroyed. You would think they would take a break from towing after that. Nope, they are relentless.
Anyway, there are a million things wrong with this place. Save yourself the headache and find another place to live. South Tampa offers some amazing places for the same price or less. I don’t know you personally, but I know you deserve better than this.

We have really liked living here so far. There have been a few minor issues with our apartment but I suppose that’s to be expected with a newly operating building. The maintence staff is absolutely amazing, and the management team is awesome!
