Considering the kind of store it is it is always organized and clean. The customer service agents are always really friendly and helpful. Their rewards program is totally worth it as you get coupons all the time. I love finding cosmetic deals here!

This is the closest Big Lots for us. It is pretty much the same as all others… generally low cost consumable items that people need to buy repeatedly, and now including refrigerated foods. Even their furniture and clothing are not built for a a lifetime of service, but are affordable yet nicer than most thrift store items. The nice surprise is the adventure of fining semi-​gourmet snack and other food items, much from Europe. Better variety of items than the Dollar stores but comparable prices.

Must consider the company when shopping in big lots. I wasn’t imprest. The store always seems dirty. The employees have zero personality.
