My clients hired Beryl for their home inspection. We were all very pleased with their level of detail and the report. Being an engineering firm, Beryl was able to write a report for the Seller to submit to the homeowners association to address an exterior water retention issue. Based upon that report the HOA agreed the issue fell within their covenants to resolve and are taking the necessary steps to remedy it prior to closing. What an advantage for any home buyer to not only have a top notch inspection team, but also a structural engineering firm as well. As a Realtor, they will be my first recommendation to my clients.
