This place’s staff has the communication skills of autistic gorillas. They’re rude, restrictive and generally unpleasant. I asked to get a wheel bearing assembly for my car; they had to order it and asked me for a credit card number over the phone (she actually hung up on me before when I said I’d like to order it; this occurred after staccato one-​word responses and a malaised, bothered tone); I offered a number and when I went to pick it up, she looked at me as if to anticipate payment.
I informed her that I already paid for it and she said that that was for a deposit of an undisclosed amount. I didn’t bring the card with me, so I told her to just run the card I gave over the phone and she refused saying she would never do that unless she swiped the card… which is blatantly contradictory… honestly she was being a **** for no apparent reason. They will never get my business again and I’d urge you to be weary of this place. Incongruent communication tends to put trust in question.
