It’s your usual auto parts place so what I’m really reviewing is the service. It sucked, was going to give it 1 star but one guy that worked there finally picked up on service at the end and actually helped. Went there to ask for a part for my car, stood in line with about 8 – 9 people and they only had 2 people at the counter, 1 for cashier and 1 for parts/exchange counter. Which is fine if they were the only two people working. You can see at least 8 more staff members just walking aimlessly, standing there or talking among themselves. What really got on my nerve was I finally got up to the counter ready to pay, my item was already sitting there and couple other customers that weren’t in line just walked in front of me while they were talking to a salesperson and ended up getting service before me and everyone else behind me. The manager just stood there and didn’t say anything. Didn’t tell another staff member to open up a second register, or tell the ones that got in front to wait their turn. Finally one guy started to realize there’s a line and helped people. Reminds me of taco stands, you speak the language you can just yell out what you want while everyone else waits in line.
