I stopped by this AT&T store on my lunch break to upgrade my iPhone. I was greeted by David Delarosa from across the room. I explained to Mr Delarosa that I was eligible for an upgrade and I would like to upgrade to either the 6 or 6plus. Although the store was dead and I was the only customer, he was asking me to verify my account information, still from across the room. Mr Delarosa was rude and sarcastic, but blamed it on me being his first customer of the day(it was 2pm!). He proceeded to explain to me the various options to upgrade. I rightfully so had questions as AT&T has changed its structure when it comes to upgrading, another employee butted into our conversation and began hassling me stating that everything Mr Delarosa was telling me was how its going to be. Ultimately, I walked out in the midst of the 2 of them heckling me to stay and upgrade my phone. I would never return to this location! The sales representatives are rude and invasive

I came in on launch day for the iPhone 5 and these guys were fantastic. Even though AT&T’s computers were messed up, and it took the better part of the day to get my phone, they were gracious and were fun to talk with while I was waiting. Their professionalism and courteousness is much appreciated. I will definitely be getting all of my AT&T business done at this retailer. Thanks again guys!

This place seems like a authorized reseller, not an actual AT&T store. I had been here a couple of times before to shop for accessories and to look at a hotspot. This last time my wife and I stopped here about 45 minutes before closing time to shop for new phones, and the only two employees left were busy helping other customers. One popped his head up and said«I’ll be right with you folks». 40 minutes later we had seen every poster, every brochure, and every display phone at this joint. I couldn’t help overhearing both employees«assisting» their other customers, and what they were actually doing was chit chatting nonsense. The«business» had been concluded, and they were just engaged in idle chat. Both of them. It appears that AT&T reseller stores are the new«hotspot» for folks looking for conversation and companionship. For some reason I had imagined bars or the library as the place to do this. I realize customer service dictates you be polite to your customers, especially the chatty ones, but you also need to be efficient. These folks were not. With 5 minutes until close my wife and I decided to walk out and take our business elsewhere.
