Aqua Blue Pool Service

I’ve been using this pool cleaning service for 11 years. 11!!! NEVER once been late with payments to them either. My pool is green and covered with algae. I’ve called, three times now, to request Philip come out and service the pool. He told me was «behind» because of the rain, On my second call, he answered and said he’d come yesterday or today. Being that today is Saturday, I thought hd come friday. Today I texted him a picture of my green pool. Not only did he reply back cancelling me, he called me nam, told me to go +%&* myself, and then told me to let him know if «I needed a real man. he’ll come take care of me». How is it that people such as this person are still in business. I’m the one with a disgusting green pool and he is calling me a b+%^h? (the OWNER is the one I’m conversing with through this). DON’T use this company if you wish to be valued as a human being. This owner is despicable. And with a green pool? Of course he is certainly not doing a good job.
