The rudest, most unprofessional office I have ever encountered. Been coming here for over a year and was hoping it would be better but that’s yet to happen.
From the front desk to the MA. My daughter has an appt at 4:15, did not get called till 5:15. Make matters worse she had not been feeling well and had to wait an hour to be called.
It only gets «better». The MA takes my daughter’s temp (mind you I knew she wasn’t feelings well) and says nothing. Starts entering her notes in computer never ONCE mentions her temp. I wait to see if she’ll say anything to me, she says nothing, even after waiting a few minutes.
I then ask her «what’s her temperature» very nonchalantly oh 100.5. WTH!!! Had I not asked she would have never mentioned it. I can’t give it zero stars, phone won’t allow it, but even one star is to much. Will not be going back!
