A nice guy. Reasonable pricing. He was straightforward with what to expect and what would be done and that was what happened. I would definitely recommend him and use his service again. I had a very bad roach problem and couldn’t be happier right now.

Upon being contracted to tent this house, they arranged for subcontractors from another company to fumigate the house with 2 cats left inside. 1 survived and the other laid in the back yard injured. The workers were caught on video laughing and hacking the cat in the back yard with the customer’s shovel. They then hid the evidence by secretly burying the cat in the yard without telling the homeowner. Pure Evil. Don’t trust this company or the people they associate with!!!

I had a bad insect problem and it got resolved after I called Alafia Pest Control. They came a second time at no charge when I said I was still seeing ants and after that I saw nothing come into my house again. I would certainly use them again!

At the beginning of April 2013 I met with Jean Bergeron of Alafia Pest Control. He promised a monthly service with a quarterly payment for 9 rental units including my personal residence. We agreed to the terms/​price and I paid Mr. Bergeron for the entire quarter. Mr. Bergeron used phrases like «I’m a Christian man and I run my business honestly» and «you can trust me». He serviced about half of the units we agreed to one time. I called him and asked why he had not yet serviced the other units and he assured me he «would get to them». Now, after not servicing the other units as promised, he is not taking my calls. Mr. Bergeron is a liar and a thief. Do not trust him or do business with this con artist.
