Acree installed our new AC and duct system in our home a few years ago. The process from start to finish was easier than I expected. The sales associate was very professional and extremely knowledgable with the products they offer. Their prices were a little higher than the competition, but their customer service makes up for the difference in price. The install team was on time, clean and very efficient. I could not be happier with this process.
Not only was the install experience easy and smooth, but their customer service is superior. We had an issue with our AC a couple of months ago and they were very fast to fix the issue without any hassle.
I would also like to mention how great their office staff is. The girls in the office are more than helpful with anything I have needed. Stephanie B. is usually the person I speak with and she has be a joy to work with.
I would and have recommended Acree to friends and family.
