I did not have a favorable experience with this company. Owner Ken promised me and my realtor that he could make my carpet look brand new and said he could get rid of specific spots. After I paid him $ 325, he told me that I had wear spots that couldnt be removed. Unfortunately, he did clean my carpet so I couldnt get my money back but I feel he didnt keep his promise.
Also, I asked for my grout to be cleaned. We all know what dirty grout looks like. After the job, Ken said he cleaned the tile and if I wanted the grout cleaned, I would have to pay $ 800 for a restoration instead of a cleaning.
I feel like I lost over $ 800 with this company.
Also, during a repair, owner Ken was supposed to remove a ceiling due to water damage. I was told He wasnt careful at all about how he removed the crown moulding and I had to buy all new crown moulding.
