I had a horrible experience at this place today. I arrived at 6pm as was told. I got a shellac color on my hands and a hot stone pedi. When I showed the lady the design I wanted on my toes (a bow with polka dots) she did not look too confident and started to speak in her language to one of the owners. The owner which is a nice gentleman still insisted she try since it is something I really wanted. He had to leave soon after, and so she tried and tried to get it right. Much time later after erasing her work a few times she decided to just accept what she had done as her work. She charged me $ 60 (plus additional tip provided since I felt badly for her as she tried so hard) and she left. As soon as she left I went over to the other owner (a lady) and she looked at my design and told me she would do it over. She immediately called the other owner on his cell and scorned him by telling him that he should have immediately taken over for the other lady who did my toes and not let her work on the design if it was clear she could not do it. Eventually after she hung up she went back to her customer. After about 40 minutes or so she (the owner) came to me to redo the previous lady’s work. It STILL didn’t look anything like a bow. She made 2 squares. Feeling badly (but since she told me next time to voice my opinion right away) I told her I did not like the way she had done it and that I would be fine if she would just erase it and just do something simpler like lines and polka dots. She agreed and told me that it’s just difficult to do a bow etc. After she did her second design of lines and dots, I did not like it either, but by this time I settled. 3 hours in the nail salon when I should have been done in about 1.5 hours is already unpleasant. I mentioned to her that the other lady also over charged me for the services I had received. She did not apply the 15% discount correctly that they have on Tuesdays and the owner refused to correct the charge. She said that the design was the reason why the price was what it was. However, even if I added what she said it costs, it didn’t add up. I got charged $ 60 and I did not do a full mani… just a gel color without manicure ($ 20) and a $ 25 pedi. With designs she claims it was $ 20 extra. Even so, the price after the 15% discount should have been $ 55.25 but she refused to return my money. I was so upset by the experience I had. I would never return to this place and this was my 2^nd or 3^rd time here so I have given it plenty of chances.

I tried a new mail salon close to home & I was pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent and the staff was great! I felt special and was treated like I was. I’m very happy to have found this place.

I’m new in the area and me and my husband decided to try this nail
Salon. The young man doing my pedicure was very rough. He was just grabbing my foot and kept position it! Everything was with attitude! I don’t know but by the time he started scrubbing my foot, he scrub it so hard that he made my foot bleed! I jump up screaming! The manager didn’t even care to give a discount! This place is not the place to get nails done ! Not an up scale place to be charging up scale prices! The manager charge me to remove my nail polish ! After her employee just cut my foot! They truly suck! Very rude Servicem

Right in front of the Pebble Creek Golf Club on Bruce B. Downs. Great service, very clean & friendly. Adam did my pedicure and he was a perfectionist! Great prices. Will certainly go back again.
