Sheena Ellis Miller i ordered 12 balloons for my wife for around $ 63 I wanted them to say I love you, the delivery guy show up the with 3 ballon saying happy birthday. He looked so high and out of it, so I told it I don’t want the birthday day ballon and he left so I called the office trying to get my money back I the lady had a attitude telling me I can’t get my money back. So I ask to speak to a supervisor and got a full refund. Thanks 1800 flowers for ruining my wife surprise. Just now

My fiancée sent me roses for valentine’s day, which arrived in 2÷13÷16 at work. I arranged them in the vase that was was included, but was really disappointed as over half of the roses were already wilting(there were only 2 small roses that weren’t wilting). My co-workers came by and 1 of them said, very hesitantly, «oh…pretty flowers». I didn’t even finish saying that the flowers aren’t in good shape, that she immediately said I need to call to complain. I brought them home with me & my fiancée said he’d call but we didn’t — what was the purpose? valentine’s day was over already. Maybe it was my fiancée’s fault for ordering them the day before, but if they didn’t have any good flowers left, they should have told him. I told him never to use 1−800-flowers again. I did give 2 stars since some of the flowers, other than the roses, were in good shape.

Just called this location; the man on the phone was horribly rude when i asked for instructions, he claimed my order was«on the delivery truck as we speak» but i sensed hesitation in his voice. I have yet to see if they come or not, i would recommend placing the order over the phone, with your LOCAL1800 Flowers, i will update y’all as soon as i get them if i do… my mom has had some bad experience with the company but i hope to find the reliability in the name i know. tonight is my mom’s birthday so if these flowers don’t arrive i will be demanding a full refund, as well as using my purchase safety that is automatic with my Paypal account **Update** i got my flowers much later than anticipated, the vase was cracked and the flowers were holding on for life

I’m not sure if The Flower Shoppe is to blame or if it’s 1−800-FLOWERS that dropped the ball, but a bait and switch was made and I find that to be a really terrible thing to do to somebody who is already overpaying for flowers. I ordered a medium sized summer bouquet and with a total of almost $ 80, I was expecting my girlfriend to get something amazing. The next day I dropped by her office for lunch and saw the tiny, poor excuse for anything over $ 20 «bouquet.» The picture online showed a much bigger bouquet and had at least 4 sunflowers in the picture. This had 2 very small sunflowers and I’m sure the vase would’ve fit in my cup holder. I immediately called 1−800-Flowers and mentioned I had a complaint about the size. They asked for the last name of the recipient and before I could give the order number, the gentleman on the phone said, «oh, they accidentally delivered the small bouquet.» This made me wonder how much this happens«accidentally.» I know this happened to my Mom last year when she sent a bouquet to my Grandmother through 1−800-Flowers and if it wasn’t for my Grandmother sending a picture to my Mom thanking her, my Mom would’ve never known that they sent the wrong bouquet. And, it’s the same with me. If I hadn’t stopped by my girlfriend’s office, I might have never known they sent the small when I paid for the medium. It’s a really deceitful and pathetic thing to do, especially when people are already paying too much for what they’re already expecting. 1−800-Flowers said they will come back out the same day and replace her bouquet with the correct one. They offered no apology or discount, they literally just said to have my girlfriend bring the previous bouquet out front and they would give the new one. This experience was such a joke that I will never use 1−800-Flowers or an affiliated florist of theirs again. Like I said, I’m not sure if the Florist or 1−800-Flowers made the mistake, or if it was even a mistake because it seems like an easy thing to bait and switch. Lesson learned for me as I will stick to the old school method of going to a trusted Florist like Apple Blossom and just delivering it myself. For out of town deliveries, I’ll stick with Edible Arrangements, they haven’t let me down yet.
