Suncoast Maids

I contacted this company based on all of the positive reviews. Had private text message exchanges with «Marc». Booking was easy and he said he’d be there Tuesday between 8 and 9. He never showed. I called and sent text messages many times. Zero response. I’ve never heard back from him since. Very strange and VERY disappointing.

I selected Suncoast Maids based on their positive Unilocal reviews. Scheduling was very easy and they were accommodating to my schedule.
Much to my surprise they sent a subcontractor without telling me. They never disclosed that the person cleaning my house would not be their own employee. She told me when she arrived at my door. So I had no opportunity to check her out.
I arrived home that night and the house looked ok initially. Then I noticed the kitchen counters had not even been wiped down. The floors remained dirty and the master shower was not thoroughly cleaned.
Lots of other issues, but what really bothers me is the lack of communication on resolution. I paid Suncoast Maids, so they are responsible. The woman who they subcontracted begrudgingly offered to come back out, but if she didn’t do it right the first time, why do I want her cleaning again? I want the company I contracted to make it right. They promised me resolution almost a week ago and now they have stopped answering my calls and texts.
I paid for a deep cleaning and didn’t get it. Feeling totally scammed right now and all I want is the service I paid for from the company I hired. My husband and I both work long hours and wanted to deep clean before the holidays. Instead we paid a lot of money for a sub-​standard job and still have to do it all ourselves.
Maybe this will save someone else from not getting what they paid for from this company.

Mark and his team did an amazing job cleaning a home we moved to. He went above and beyond, letting me know about a maintenance problem, and coming back the next day to clean up again from the maintenance guys. He even stopped by Target and swapped out the garbage can lid for the correct size. We were out of the state and it was so helpful to have him there. He even left a bottle of wine to say welcome. Now that we are in Florida for good, there is no one else I would use. Thank you Mark!!!

Thorough, professional and friendly. Our shower door has never looked this clean. Heads over heels better than any of the national franchises. Recommending to all our friends and family.

I’ve tried a few of the other cleaning services, and have never been satisfied.
I was impressed with the online appointment setter and the clear up front pricing.
When Mark & Debbie came out I was surprised by the old-​world work ethic I witnessed. They worked until the work was done!
Their use of eco friendly products was a great relief to my wife who suffers from COPD. Usually we have to open all the windows for a few hours after cleaning. (Not real pleasant in this heat…)
She walked in and could not smell any chemical smell, just … clean.
I will be using them again!

I currently live with my boyfriend and my cat, we have so much trouble keeping up with the cleaning. I set up an appointment and was very satisfied. Marc, the owner, keeps a very professional company that Debbie and Mark uphold. When they came, I had worried about my cat getting sick or anything, but they reassured me that they use eco-​friendly materials and that it would be safe for kids and even pets. After they were done, i was amazed at how clean my house looked! Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

This is the best maid service ever. Our bathroom looked like it was brand new! This was the hardest working maid pair ever! Maria was fabulous. Even our daughters loved her! They were on time, prepared and went above and beyond the duties requested! I am looking forward to seeing them again’
